DO YOU NEED ADDITIONAL HELP TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE CONNEXIONS CENTRE?

If you need extra help to use the Connexions Centre, please ask a member of staff.

If you have hearing/communication impairment and need assistance:

arrangements can be made with prior notice for a local communicator to be present at an interview

If you have a visual impairment and need information produced in large print, translated into Braille or put on to CD/audio tape:

this could be arranged with prior notice

If you need information translating into a different language:

a translator could be made available with prior notice
? translations of certain information could be obtained

If you find information difficult to read:

? help is available to assist you understand the information
? you could visit our website at www.guidance-services.co.uk where much of the information can be accessed using a large font
? you could use our computer programmes, some of which have photographs, videos and speech with clear easy-to-read wording

All our full-time Connexions Centres are accessible by wheelchair.
